DELAYS IN DELIVERY
We do our best to deliver within the given time frame. However, there may sometimes be delays due to unexpected events such as custom payments, weather conditions, etc. If this occurs with your order, please ensure you keep tracking your package to know its status. If you wish to cancel a late item, you will once again have to contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] to get your refund. Please note, cancellation charges may apply based on how late the order was canceled. Moreover, we are not liable if the order is being held at the Customs of your designated country. Shop4body assumes no accountability for damage caused by exceeding an announced delivery time. You will be informed by our customer service team if there are any shipping delays to your order due to unusual events at the warehouse. Likewise, we will immediately notify you if your ordered items have run out of stock. You can then either remove the item from your order or switch to an alternative product. We reserve the right to final sale and pricing errors.
SMS Notification & Email Notification: Tracking details are sent out as soon as orders are despatched. Therefore, as a consumer, it is your responsibility to track your packet from time to time. Delays caused due to Covid-19
Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries across the world, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate parcel delays. We at Shop4body.com do our utmost to despatch orders, usually within 24 hours Monday - Friday. We are unable to give you an accurate estimate of your parcel's arrival date if your country/region is facing lockdown measures. Please use the provided tracking information to check online for the most up to date information on the shipment. Delays of several days are not uncommon currently. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We are unable to issue a refund for any delay caused due to Covid restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We encourage 3D secured transactions while placing an order with us as non-3D transactions are most likely to be cancelled as a safety precaution. Failure to this will have us cancel the order and you may not be allowed to place further orders on our website. We dispatch items quickly and as such we have extremely limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out. We cannot promise if your order cancellation request will be accepted as orders are usually processed within minutes.
If your order has already left our warehouse, we will refund you as per our Return Policy. Please note we do not accept order cancellation requests over telephone or online chat.
All products are quality tested by the manufacturer. In case any fault develops then all our products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty which is normally 2 years unless specified otherwise.
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 30 days return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us:
We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of receipt of the product. The returned product is unused, in its original [unopened] packaging [(with any seal or shrink-wrap intact)] [with any labels still attached,] and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
Cancellation measures will vary depending on the following circumstances: If you cancel the order before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund. If the order has already been shipped out then we will deduct our Postage charges of £25. If you, as the buyer, accept the delivery then there will be collection charges imposed unless you are returning the device.
Any damage to product packaging or opened seal on "return" of the product will have you to pay 50% as the restocking fee, original postage costs, and the Customs duty & taxes.DAMAGED DELIVERY
If the damage is only discovered when you unpack it (hidden by the packaging), you must report the damage to us within TWO days of receipt so that we can process it. We always want to investigate the damage, so you should take one or more pictures of the damage and the outside of the box and packaging. Once you have done this, we will deal with your complaint as soon as possible.
If the item is being sent to us for repair or replacement, the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility. This includes ALL Shipping charges, insurance and customs duties and taxes. We will get the product repaired and ship back at our expense. However, any customs duties and taxes will need to be borne by the customer.
Your responsibility as a Buyer

We do not take accountability for mismatched skin tone. In this instance, you cannot make a return if the seal is opened. Therefore, verify your skin tone before placing your order. If this happens, we recommend you to sell the product locally or on third party platforms.
1) Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned back to us within 30 days of receipt.
2) The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods.
3) The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. This includes ALL Shipping charges, Insurance, and Customs Duties & Taxes.
4) Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are confirmed faulty and returned back to us within 30 days of receipt.
